Our Most gracious and loving Almighty Father in heaven,

Thank You O L-rd for giving us this wonderful morning with good air and good climate.
Thank You O L-rd for bringing us back to our own body.
Thank You for all the time you spent with us yesterday until this moment.

We ask you O L-rd to be with us continually and bless us always.
Give us our daily bread and water. Wash us O L-rd and clean us as You dwell in us this day.
Because we are your dwelling place. Make us holy and clean O L-rd.
Use us O L-rd according to Your purpose. For with You O L-rd, we shine bright as You share Your glory in us.

Clean our heart, our soul and our body O L-rd. Help us to think clearly, speak rightly and work straight and smart according to Your will.

Forgive us O G-d for all our errors in the name of the L-rd Jesus Christ - Rabbi Yeshua Meshiach, the Name above all names. Amen
